How do you clean mould off
your mosaic tiles?
Mosaic tiles are most often used in the kitchen and bathroom. As these rooms are often wet, humid and produce a lot of moisture that settles on the walls, mould is often an unfortunate occurrence. It can be a little tricky to remove mould from mosaic tiles and glass tiles, due to the fact that they are so small, but there is an easy way to tackle this problem. Below we show you how.

Remember to wipe the tiles after use
Firstly, prevention is always the better option, so to prevent the build-up of mould on your mosaic tiles it is always best to wipe them down with soapy water after using the bathroom or after cooking.
This will also remove any stains and give the mosaic tiles a fresh and clean appearance.

Use a specialist cleaner and soft cloth
The easiest option for removing mould from mosaic tiles is with the use of specialist mould remover spray that has been specifically designed for use on tiles, including glass tiles. Always follow the instructions and use either a soft cloth or soft cleaning brush to get in between the mosaic tiles. An old toothbrush with soft bristles is a good option. While cleaning always open a window to provide ventilation, as you don't want to breathe in any of these chemicals.
